The delivery occurs in Germany, within the EU (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faröer, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Alandinseln), France incl. Monaco, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary) and in following countries beyond the European Union (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey, Canada, Saudi Arabia, USA, United Arab Emirates).
Attention: Hint for our customers beyond the European Union: With receipt of the products in the purpose country the lawful duty fee and/or the lawful import sales tax is to be paid.
Delivery time:
The delivery times: with consignment of goods (only Germany) up to 7 working days, Maxibrief (Large letter) (Germany 2,40€ up to 1kg) up to 3 working days (beyond Germany up to 1kg) up to 7 working days, DHL parcels (beyond Germany) up to 15 working days, Hermes Logistik parcels in Germany up to 5 working days and beyond Germany up to 15 working days.

Dispatch:
The dispatch occurs with the Deutsche Post AG, Hermes Logistik and DHL.
Shipping and Handling:
Shipping and Handling calculated from the weight of the ordered products and the weight of the packaging plus the packaging. During the order process the Shipping and Handling will be automatically calculated by the help of the weight from the ordered products and from the packing and indicated.
