Delivery:
The delivery occurs worldwide.
Attention: Hint for our customers beyond the European Union: With receipt of the products in the purpose country the lawful duty fee and/or the lawful import sales tax is to be paid.
Delivery time:
The delivery times: with consignment of goods (only Germany up to 500g) up to 7 working days, Maxibrief (Large letter) (Germany) up to 3 working days (beyond Germany) between 3 and 10 working days, Hermes Logistik parcels in Germany up to 5 working days and beyond Germany up to 15 working days.
Hint: The delivery times are not guaranteed by C+D Hobby Creativ!
Dispatch:
The dispatch occurs with the Deutsche Post AG and Hermes Logistik.
Shipping and Handling:
Shipping and Handling calculated from the weight of the ordered products and the weight of the packaging plus VAT. During the order process the Shipping and Handling will be automatically calculated by the help of the weight from the ordered products and from the packing and indicated.
